Head of Strategic Partnerships

Overview
Elixirr is seeking a Head of Strategic Partnerships to lead the development and execution of brand and commercial growth initiatives that elevate Elixirr’s global profile and deliver exceptional business outcomes. This role reports into the Global Head of Marketing and is a responsible Partner to drive client acquisition through strategic alliances, manage Elixirr’s international partnership portfolio, and foster stakeholder relationships that generate long-term revenue growth and brand value.Responsibilities
Execute global strategic partnerships with a focus on maximising ROI across sports sponsorships (e.g., British Cycling, Tour of Britain, Thriston Lawrence, Gravel Burn).Develop and deliver activation plans to drive brand awareness, client engagement, and business growth.Collaborate with Marketing, Events, and Business Development teams to maximise revenue and positioning.Enhance Elixirr’s global presence through innovative activation campaigns.Create thought leadership and event concepts to engage C-level executives and industry influencers.Provide expert brand sponsorship insights to build legacy and elevate Elixirr as the leading challenger consultancy.Partner with senior leaders to generate new business opportunities.Lead co-branded initiatives and events with partners to attract and convert prospects.Leverage sponsorship platforms to deepen client relationships and enable cross/upsell opportunities.Align partnership strategy with Elixirr’s listed company profile and shareholder messaging.Represent Elixirr at global events and forums to enhance thought leadership and visibility.Ensure global consistency in partnership strategies and brand positioning.Lead cross-functional initiatives with internal teams and external partners.Develop and execute a brand partnership strategy aligned to Elixirr’s growth objectives.Deliver new business leads into the global sales pipeline.Create activation roadmaps with KPIs and engagement targets for each partnership.Your background
