We are currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join the Children With Disabilities Team Covering Sittingbourne and Surrounding areas. Previous experience is required working in Children With Disabilities.Main duties and responsibilities:Manage a caseload of disabled children and young people aged 0-25 to assess, plan, monitor and review the support/personal assistance needs of service users, working in a person-centred way.
