The Role:As Turning Cell Leader, you will be responsible for the preparation, programming, setting, and operation of CNC lathes (Fanuc/G-code) to carry out high-quality turning and drilling operations. You ll oversee daily production, ensure quality standards are met, and work closely with the Machine Shop Manager to achieve production targets.
