Reporting to the Infrastructure and Security Manager, this role leads new application and systems initiatives, including research, testing, documentation, and deployment to users as assigned. Responsibilities include overseeing policy objects and configuring infrastructure and security systems, as well as creating, testing, and deploying policy objects and system configurations to users or devices under the guidance of the Infrastructure Manager. The position also involves assisting with the implementation, installation, and ongoing maintenance of the Union''s IT infrastructure, adhering to established procedures and best practices.
