Y ou will support a sizeable Property Owners portfolio, handling renewals, MTAs, documentation, and client enquiries. Key Responsibilities Manage renewals, MTAs, mid - term enquiries, and general policy servicing. Provide a consistent, professional, client - focused service across all interactions. Prepare renewal reports, presentations, and insurer submissions. Support Account Executives with broking and administrative tasks. Maintain accurate Acturis records and ensure FCA compliance. Handle client queries promptly with clear, effective solutions. Liaise with insurers to ensure timely and accurate placements. Manage invoicing, payments, and premium finance arrangements.
