Lead financial planning, reporting and analysis to support senior decision makingMaintain and develop the Medium-Term Financial StrategyOversee financial operations and ensure regulatory complianceProvide leadership in public sector finance and embed best practiceSupport transformation programmes with financial expertiseContribute at senior leadership level to organisation-wide prioritiesThe Person

Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA - CIPFA or CCAB highly desirable) with senior-level experience in local government or a comparable public sector organisationProven track record in a Head of Finance role or equivalentSkilled communicator able to translate complex financial data into clear insightImmediate availability to take on a high-impact interim roleStrong, hands on leader with the ability to motivate and develop finance teamsThis is a critical interim role in a changing organisation, offering the chance to make a tangible impact from day one.About Parkinson Lee
