Clinical Lead - Community Complex Care - NMC

Compass Associates is pleased to be collaborating with a rapidly expanding specialist provider of home-care services for people with complex needs across the nation. The providers are leading in the provision of personalised, robust care packages that cover a range of diagnoses such as Neurological Rehab like Brain Injuries, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health, among other conditions.After being established in 2015, the company is continuously developing their care provision, and in order to match their significant growth, Compass Associates are collaborating with them to seek a qualified nurse, experienced with complex care, to join their multi-skilled team as a Community Clinical Lead.The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of clients with life-limiting conditions such as brain injury and epilepsy, liaise with the multidisciplinary team and provide mentorship for the care teams.Location and Working Pattern
The role requires hybrid working, with time spent working from home and within your remit in the adjoining counties of Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire. Hence, this position is commutable from Cambridge, Peterborough, Luton, Corby, St. Neots, Daventry, Bicester and other surrounding areas.Shift Pattern:
Mon - Fri, 40 hours per week. You will manage your own diary and also have occasional on-call responsibilities.Responsibilities
Manage own caseload of clients with life-limiting conditions (e.g., brain injury and epilepsy).Liaise with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.Provide mentorship and support for the care teams.Qualifications and Requirements
A valid NMC registration.Experience of working within a Complex / Critical care setting (e.g., ITU, ICU, HDU or community) is essential, with management experience desirable.Training in tracheostomy and seizure management, ventilators and PEG feeds.Must possess a clean UK driving licence.Salary and Benefits
