About the Role

We are seeking reliable and skilled Handypersons to join our growing team, delivering high-quality maintenance services across residential properties. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.

• Carry out general maintenance and repair works in occupied and void properties
• Basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor electrical tasks
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests efficiently
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
• Provide excellent customer service when working in tenants'' homes
• Maintain accurate records of work completed

• Previous experience in a similar handyperson or maintenance role
• Multi-skilled across basic trades
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
