Paediatric Complex Care Support WorkerSummary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Paediatric Complex Carer to support children with medical needs in the home. The role involves delivering safe, clinical care including suctioning, cough assist, PEG feeding, and NG tube care.Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 care for children with complex health needsCarry out suctioning and use cough assist equipment confidentlyAdminister PEG and NG feeds, including site and tube careMonitor and report changes in conditionFollow individual care plans and safeguarding protocolsQualifications / Requirements

Must be trained and competent in suctioning, cough assist, PEG and NG tube careExperience in paediatric complex care (minimum 6 months)Enhanced DBS (child workforce) on the update serviceExcellent communication skills and child-centred approach
