We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled CNC Miller specialising in 5-Axis machining to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and manage 3, 4 and 5-Axis CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components.Interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals to produce parts to exact specifications.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the milling process.Perform regular maintenance and ensure machinery is in optimal working condition.Uphold quality control standards, conducting inspections and making adjustments as necessary. Qualifications or knowledge Required:Proven experience as a CNC Miller with strong expertise in 5-Axis machining.Able to identify tooling and working methods to operate machine competently.Good knowledge of machine shop practices.Knowledge of CNC ISO and ''G'' codes to effectively operate machine.A recognised engineering qualification or apprenticeship would be advantageous.Excellent problem-solving ..... full job details .....
