From recipe precision to food safety, youll set the standard and inspire others to follow it.What youll be doing:Working with and motivating a team of fellow chefs and kitchen staffEnsuring recipes are followed fully and dishes are consistently deliciousActing as the go-to person for both day-to-day kitchen operations and product developmentChampioning Quality of food, food safety, , and innovationManaging resources, meeting production targets, and keeping the kitchen functioningSupporting and developing the team, including fellow sous chefsWhat were looking for:Recognised Qualifications in CateringSolid experience in large-scale production kitchensProven leadership in a kitchen or food manufacturing settingLevel 3 Food Safety and GNVQ2/3 (or equivalent experience)A sharp eye for detail and a love for great foodConfident with kitchen systems and paperwork from Quality monitoring to Food safetyA collaborative, can-do attitude and a calm under pressureWhy join us?Youll be part of a company that values quality, creativity, and teamwork.
