Your role will consist of Pre planned Maintenance and reactive works on the site as directed by the MandE Manager, experience of working in the corporate environment is desirable as is experience of working with a CAFM system to manage your workflows and complete maintenance and reactive tasks The role can be very varied day to day but as the Mechanical lead you will be responsible for all the works involving the HAVAC systems supported by the OCS mobile team and specialist supply chain. As part of this role and as the site expert you will be expected to provide escorts for any sub-contractors that come to site to complete work so experience of AP duties is desirable however full training will be given to allow you to complete this training.
