Senior Commercial Manager - Healthcare (PFI / Hard FM) Homebased with UK travelWe are working with a leading infrastructure / services organisation delivering complex Healthcare PFI portfolios across the UK. With a strong pipeline of technical services growth and upcoming CoBP / Handback activity, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Manager to act as a key No.2 to the Commercial Director. This is a high-impact, strategic role suited to someone who combines technical FM understanding with strong commercial acumen and thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder PFI environments. The Role You will take a lead position across a diverse portfolio of Hard and Soft FM PFI contracts, including: Multiple healthcare PFI schemes (Hard FM-led, alongside Soft FM demobilisation activity) Involvement in CoBP (Code of Best Practice) and Handback strategy Oversight of both standalone and bundled service models Supporting growth across technical / engineering services within healthcareThis role goes beyond traditional QS/commercial management - you''ll be expected to think like a consultant, challenge positions, and unlock value across contracts.
