Employee Relations Consultant - 1 Year Fixed Term Contract - £55k - £60k - Glasgow/EdinburghLocation: Glasgow or Edinburgh (Hybrid)Contract: 12-month Fixed Term ContractOur client, a major UK utilities organisation, is looking to bring on an experienced mid-senior Employee Relations Consultant on a 12-month fixed term basis to strengthen its Employee and Industrial Relations capability.The role will support a complex, unionised environment, with a strong focus on ER/IR advisory work, collective bargaining arrangements, and effective engagement with joint trade unions.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert advice across a broad range of employee relations and industrial relations mattersSupport and contribute to collective bargaining processes, pay negotiations, and formal consultationsWork closely with HR and senior stakeholders to manage complex and sensitive ER casesBuild and maintain constructive relationships with trade union representativesEnsure ER activity is compliant with employment legislation, internal policy, and best practiceGuidant, Carbon60, Lorien andamp; SRG - The Impellam Group Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy. ..... full job details .....
