Were looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team driving innovation on Mintel Leap, our next-generation platform powered by AI and large language models (LLMs). This role is ideal for someone passionate about building intelligent, scalable systems and user-centric interfaces.

Youll play a key role in developing consistent, accessible user interfaces, as well as backend services that enable cross-product functionality. What You Will Do:Join a high functioning Agile team, working closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver solutions.Develop features or solve technical problems within the context of your teams sprint. Often this will be as an individual contributor or pairing within the team, however collaborating with Engineers and Architects from other teams is also important from time to time.Help your team to deliver high quality, reliable software via our code review and QA practices and contribute to the evolution of these over time.Make your voice heard when were discussing implementation trade-offs within the team or technical solution possibilities with our stakeholders.What We Are Looking For:Significant experience as a software engineering professional.Individuals who have real world software development experience gathered as part of a development team.Developers who are confident with back-end development. Our team develops cloud services in Python and deploys them on AWS.Developers who are confident with front-end development.
