We are working in partnership with good and outstanding schools in the North Somerset area, who are seeking skills ECT / Early Career Teachers. 

Role

We are looking to speak to Primary ECTs / Early Career Teachers who are looking for their first role for September 2025. We are working with a number of Schools in the North Somerset area who are keen to speak to ECTs about long-term and permanent roles for September 2025 start.

Requirements

The desired ECT will have:

  • A passion for your subject
  • Able to motivate and inspire young people
  • An ability to work as part of a team
  • Adaptable and open to feedback
