Konnect are currently seeking an experienced site manager to oversee a major commercial refurbishment project for a-leisure centre in Bury St Edmunds.

This project is due to start at the end of October with interviews taking place in the next couple of weeks.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience managing large-scale commercial refurbishments.

• Previous experience on leisure or public sector refurbishment projects

• M&E experience preferred.

• Ability to manage sub-contractors, programme of works, and H&S on site.

• SMSTS, CSCS-and First Aid.

Duration: 12 months
