The Role As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of production equipment across the site. This position requires a proactive and driven individual who can fault find, maintain, and improve equipment performance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out planned and preventative maintenance routines. Diagnosing faults and delivering corrective actions on a wide range of equipment. Supporting shift teams with investigations into downtime, process, and quality issues. Acting as incident coordinator during major breakdowns. Taking ownership of materials and costs associated with engineering duties. Supporting engineering projects and contributing to safety, productivity, and quality improvements. About You Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship, HNC, or equivalent (time-served candidates considered). 17th Edition (or later) qualification.
