Responsibilities

Provide and review person-centred care plans and detailed risk assessments

Administer medicines safely and in line with clinical guidelines

Deliver high-quality care while following regulatory and professional standards

Use professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions

About You

Current NMC registration

Strong knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices

Experience in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments

Understanding of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines

Compassionate, dedicated, and person-centred approach to nursing
