The AWS Professional Services (ProServe) team seeks a highly skilled Engagement Manager to lead the delivery of complex cloud solution projects, bridging business requirements with technical solutions and guiding successful AWS-based implementations for clients.Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex cloud migration and implementation projectsLeverage knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planningBridge business requirements with technical solutions, facilitate engineering discussions, and ensure alignment with customer business outcomesDistill customer needs into clear technical requirements and map them to business outcomesDecompose complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutionsContribute to technical documentation and define documentation standardsValidate technical solutions against business goals and manage technical risksProgressively lead increasingly complex technical projects and establish best practicesBasic Qualifications

Experience in cloud computingExperience in project management of technical programsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experiencePreferred Qualifications

AWS experienceProject Management Professional (PMP) and/or AWS Certified Solutions Architect - AssociateStrong understanding of AWS services, architectures, and best practicesExperience applying AWS frameworks like Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption FrameworkAbility to establish technical credibility with engineering teams and senior technical decision-makersAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
