Head of HR and TrainingLocation: Cheadle (with regional travel)Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOEContract: Full-time, Permanent Monday-Friday - OFFICE BASED due to nature of the roleWe''re working with a values-led organisation in the care and education sector to find a strategic Head of HR and Training. This is a key leadership role driving people strategy, compliance, and workforce development in a trauma-informed environment.
