Blue Legal are partnering with a leading international law firm who are recruiting for a Proposals and Pursuits Senior Executive to join their London office. The role involves working collaboratively with other members of the central proposals and pursuits team, as well as supporting the business development professionals across the firm on single-practice opportunities.The Responsibilities:Support Proposal Managers on complex RFPs and lead end-to-end project management of proposal opportunities.Ensure adherence to best practice processes throughout the proposal lifecycle.Assist in developing winning strategies and drafting compelling sales messages to differentiate the firm.Coordinate and manage contributions from multiple stakeholders across the business.Draft, edit, and format proposal documents, using both standard and original content tailored to each opportunity.Support partners with client presentation preparation, maintain proposal content libraries, track opportunities in the CRM, and produce related reports.The Candidate:Strong drafting, writing, and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work independently.Proven experience in a professional services or legal environment.Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable, able to manage multiple deadlines, work under pressure, and contribute effectively within a collaborative team.The Recruitment Process – How to get it right!
