Solicitor - Private ClientLocation: WimbledonWe are currently seeking an experienced Private Client solicitor to handle a mixed caseload ranging from the routine to the complex and challenging.The ideal candidate will have a legal background with specific experience in:Drafting Wills and providing estate and trust planning adviceInheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Income Tax issuesProbateLasting Powers of Attorney and Mental Capacity AdviceCourt of ProtectionSTEP membership would be an advantage.You will be ambitious, demonstrate an ability to use your initiative and be a real team player. You will be good at building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.The working environment is friendly and supportive.Basic / Package details:Basic salary: £65,000+ (negotiable DOE)Benefits: Targeted annual bonus based on basic salary to fee (ranging from 10-20% of base salary - full details available), Mon-Fri, 9-5.30pm, 1 day WFH p/week.
