Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 18.51 per hour

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all enquiries handled by the Customer Service Centre via telephone and any front-facing services as required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial contact for customer enquiries, ensuring a welcoming and professional interaction.
- Resolve customer enquiries through to completion, ensuring that all issues are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
- Facilitate a digital assistance front-line service to enable all residents to access online services.
- Possess a passion for customer service and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Have direct experience working in a fast-paced, multi-service contact centre.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of service knowledge relating to Housing, Repairs, Registration Services, Environmental Services, Highways, Planning, and other services directed to the call centre.
