This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and dependable tradesperson to secure consistent, full-time work delivering high-quality repairs to social housing properties in the Southend and surrounding region. Location: Southend-on-Sea and surrounding Start Date: ASAP Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week 08.00-16.30 Duration: Temp to perm Pay Rate: 19 - 20 per hour depending on experience (Van provided) Key Responsibilities: Conducting planned maintenance in void properties Plumbing: 2nd Fix Plumbing -Tracing leaks, repairs to pipework, taps, toilets, and domestic systems Carpentry: Basic carpentry fitting skirting, architraves, and general woodwork Plastering: Patch repairs and making goodGeneral Maintenance and upgrades: Laying vinyl flooring, locks and window upgrates and other general tasks.
