Your new role
As an Executive Assistant within the business, this role will incorporate the following:

• Diary/calendar management across multiple time zones
• Inbox management,
• Processing expenses
• Meeting coordination
• Travel coordination
• Managing vendor contracts
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

What you''ll need to succeed
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite level within the private sector is a necessity for this position.
