In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £31,521.10 per annum. About the Development Officer role: Thera Trust is looking for a motivated and proactive Development Officer to support the delivery of our Development Strategy and play a key role in helping us achieve our vision of an inclusive society where people with learning disabilities are empowered to lead and live great lives. As part of the Development Team, you will work collaboratively across Thera Group to identify opportunities, deliver key developmental functions, and support strategic decision making through high quality research, analysis, and relationship building. As a Development Officer, you will: Lead research and strategic intelligence gathering to spot development opportunities, track market activity, and provide insight to senior stakeholders.
