This includes ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, driving innovation, and delivering the highest standards of service to clients.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership and direction to engineering and technical teams.Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring statutory and contractual compliance.Implement innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions to enhance service delivery.Manage budgets, contracts, and resources effectively to meet financial targets.Act as a technical authority, offering expertise and assurance to internal and external stakeholders.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a customer-focused approach.Promote and enforce a culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility.Candidate ProfileThe successful candidate will be a proven leader in technical or engineering services, with a strong background in facilities management.
