Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial driving, with experience in tail lift operations and multi drop delivery services. This role involves transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies. Responsibilities Operate a curtainside tail lift vehicle to transport goods to designated locations mainly in the SN SP RG Postcodes Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance. Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securing of items for transport. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies during transportation. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients upon delivery. Skills Proven experience as a commercial driver, preferably with tail lift lorries. Strong driving skills with a clean driving record. Familiarity with delivery driver responsibilities and logistics operations. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong attention to detail for vehicle maintenance and cargo handling.
