Here is how we support/reward our Care Assistants:

Full Time - Up to £30,000 p.a.

Training Paid at £13.45 p.h. 

One weekend on/one off as part of our shift pattern. IE 3 Days one week and 4 the next

Pension Provided 

Full Training and funding for SVQ Qualifications available 

Part - Time and "Bank" shift work also available 

Mileage paid @.25p a mile
