For the first 1 or 2 months it will be all 5 days in office until all is settled.PermStart: ASAPWorking hours: 35 hoursMandarin Speaking Analyst - Credit Portfolio Management - What You''ll be Doing:Provide support to Asset Quality Management, i.e. internal rating/risk classification flow monitoring, daily overdue monitoring, systems and IT projectsLiaise with Head Office on asset quality related issues and provide support to complete reports/mandates requested by Head OfficeProvide supports on reports, policy and procedures, second line of defence (2LoD) reviews on credit riskAssist with credit risk related projectsAct as secretary of CRDC, manage CRDC meetings and follow up on actions as requiredCarry out any ad hoc tasksCover team members during their absence if requiredEnsure that work is carried out with due diligence and within the timeframesMandarin Speaking Analyst - Credit Portfolio Management - The Skills You''ll Need to Succeed:Degree educated in Business, Finance, Accounting or other equivalentRelevant professional qualification considered useful (e.g. ACIB, CFA, FRM)Experience in Credit Risk Management and Data Analysis is preferredKnowledge of regulatory requirement on stress testingComprehensive knowledge of banking products and risks associated with themComprehensive knowledge of legal documentation specific to Banking and CCP businessesDemonstrated initiative in suggesting improvements to credit stress testing and EWI monitoring processesExcellent English and Mandarin communication skillsExcellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlinesGood problem solving skills, with the ability to identify, assess, and recommend solutions for complex credit risk and EWI challengesPeople First is committed to increasing diversity, and maintaining an inclusive workplace culture.
