With a strong reputation and collaborative culture, the business offers excellent exposure, support, and the opportunity to develop within a high-performing commercial team.Role and Responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor:Support the commercial management of projects from procurement through to final account.Assist with preparation and submission of interim valuations and final accounts.Support contract administration, variation management, and cost reporting.Work with project teams on subcontractor procurement and management.Monitor project costs, cash flow, and reporting, highlighting risks and opportunities.Attend project meetings and liaise with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.Assist in ensuring commercial controls and processes are followed.Travel to site as required to support project delivery.About You as the Senior Quantity Surveyor:Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction.Strong understanding of commercial processes, contracts, and cost control.Eager to develop and take on increasing ..... full job details .....
