Salary: -70,000 - -75,000 + 25% Bonus + Excellent Benefits

The Opportunity
We''re partnering with a fast-paced, multi-site business to recruit a high-impact Commercial Finance Manager. This is a pivotal role sitting at the heart of the commercial and operational decision-making process, with direct influence over financial performance across multiple locations.
This position offers strong visibility to senior leadership and a clear progression pathway to Head of Commercial Finance for the right individual.

The Role
As Commercial Finance Manager, you will take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across a multi-site portfolio. You''ll act as a true business partner, working closely with operational leaders to drive profitability, control costs, and support strategic growth.

Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the annual budgeting and reforecasting processes across multiple sites
* Delivering clear, insightful financial analysis and performance reporting
* Partnering with operational stakeholders to challenge assumptions and drive commercial decisions
* Monitoring and controlling site-level costs, identifying risks and opportunities
* Supporting pricing, investment decisions, and business cases
* Driving consistency and best practice across financial processes and controls
* Producing and presenting actionable insights to senior leadership

About You
We''re looking for a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, multi-site environment.

You will ideally have:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
* Proven experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role
* Experience working within a multi-site or operationally complex business
* Strong budgeting and forecasting expertise
* The confidence to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insight
* A proactive, ambitious mindset with a desire to progress
