Job Description: We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Territory Account Manager to manage and grow our customer base in the south east territory. This role focuses on both new and used Cat Compact Equipment, ensuring revenue and profits are maximized.Key Responsibilities:Business Planning: Own the annual business plan for equipment, work tools, CVA, and warranties for territory prospects and customers.Territory Coverage: Plan and execute territory coverage using customer/product knowledge, sales support tools, and inside sales.Sales Plans: Develop sales plans for key sectors/industries to achieve and exceed sales targets.Marketing and Finance: Utilize marketing campaigns and finance options to develop cost-effective solutions for customers.Customer Service: Coordinate with internal functions to provide top-notch customer service and build trust with key decision-makers.Opportunity Management: Manage opportunities across the business and collaborate with Cat Finance TAM for a unified market strategy.Competitor Awareness: Maintain awareness of competitors and ..... full job details .....
