About the role of Quantity Surveyor

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining the commercial team on a -40m multi-storey industrial project in North West London. This will be full-time site based.

The company are a Tier 1 Main Contractor who have a turnover of over -1bn. They are dominating the London market by winning a lot of work and major projects across the country. They have a proven track record of progressing staff through the ranks and providing a successful career path.

Key Responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor

Include but not limited to:

• Assisting in establishing and managing the project cost plan and budget
• Monitor actual costs vs forecasts
• Manage the procurement of subcontractor packages
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Pricing variations

Key Requirements of Quantity Surveyor

• Live within commutable distance to North West London
• Degree in a construction related degree
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor at a Main Contractor
