The successful candidate will deliver 1st and 2nd line support to internal users, ensuring the smooth operation of core systems and contributing to a consistently positive user experience.This position is well-suited to an IT professional with strong technical capability, a structured approach to problem-solving, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with users at all levels.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver 1st and 2nd line support across hardware, software, and network-related issuesProvide support via in-person assistance, telephone, and remote toolsConfigure and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and associated peripheralsAdminister user accounts within Active Directory and Microsoft 365Support Windows 10/11 operating systems and commonly used business applicationsMaintain accurate technical documentation and asset registersEscalate complex or high-priority incidents to senior engineers or external partners as requiredAssist with new-starter onboarding and leaver offboarding processesEnsure all tickets are logged, monitored, and resolved within agreed service levelsSkills and ExperiencePrevious experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role (typically ..... full job details .....
