Experienced Teaching Assistant - Hammersmith & Fulham

A welcoming secondary school in Hammersmith and Fulham is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to support their expanding SEN provision.

This Teaching Assistant role is based in Hammersmith and Fulham, where inclusion and student wellbeing are at the centre of school priorities. The successful Teaching Assistant will work with students with ASD, SEMH, and ADHD, helping them engage positively in lessons and reach their potential.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 SEN support in lessons
Support small group learning interventions
Assist teachers with resources and classroom strategies
Support behaviour and emotional regulation
Liaise with SENCO and pastoral teams

Requirements

Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting
Strong SEN understanding
Calm, consistent and proactive approach
Good communication skills
