With a strong pipeline of secured work and continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Lead Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial team and help drive project performance. The Role As Lead Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of the commercial management of multiple groundworks and earthworks packages on commercial developments. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered profitably while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
