The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and individuals with disabilities, including those on the autism spectrum. This role is essential in providing support to teachers and fostering an inclusive learning environment that promotes the academic and social development of all students. Duties Assist teachers in delivering educational programmes and lesson plans tailored to individual student needs. Support students with special educational needs, ensuring they receive appropriate guidance and encouragement. Provide one-on-one tutoring and mentoring to students, helping them to grasp challenging concepts and improve their skills. Foster a positive learning environment by encouraging participation and engagement from all students. Collaborate with teachers to develop strategies for working effectively with children who have disabilities or autism. Maintain clear communication with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and any concerns that may arise. Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources, ensuring they are accessible to all learners.
