You''ll lead a skilled technical workforce, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices.What You''ll Do Lead and Develop Teams: Manage and motivate Engineering teams to deliver planned, preventative, and corrective maintenance. Support staff development through regular performance reviews, training, and competency assessments. Operational Leadership: Act as the technical authority for engineering systems and facilities, providing expert advice and ensuring reliability of critical systems including communications and power supply infrastructure. Asset and Contract Management: Oversee asset performance, lifecycle management, and contractor performance to ensure cost-effective, compliant delivery against KPIs and SLAs.
