Executive PA to Senior Financial AdviserA well-established and respected financial planning firm is seeking an experienced Executive PA to provide dedicated support to a Senior Adviser while also delivering high-quality IFA administration.The firm prides itself on long-term client relationships, professionalism and a collaborative approach to delivering holistic financial advice. This role sits at the centre of the business, combining executive support with strong financial services administration to ensure the adviser is fully supported in client delivery and day-to-day operations.Salary up to £35,000 Key responsibilities include:• Managing the Adviser''s diary, inbox and priorities to ensure time is used effectively• Preparing meeting packs, client appointment documents and briefing materials• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, providers and internal stakeholders• Processing new business applications and liaising with providers through to completion• Preparing valuations, portfolio comparison analytics and supporting cashflow modelling inputs• Supporting suitability documentation processes including fund switches and client reviews• Managing Letters of Authority and provider information requests• Assisting with compliance processes and maintaining accurate client recordsThe role would suit someone with previous IFA administration experience, strong organisational skills and the confidence to operate in a high-trust role supporting senior leadership.This is an ..... full job details .....
