Expleo is looking for a passionate and influential Lead Requirements Engineer to support our customer in the Midlands on an initial 12-month contract. This role sits within the Vehicle Efficiency team, with a focus on electrical efficiency across all powertrain variants.We''re seeking someone who can champion the customer perspective, translate needs into robust engineering requirements, and drive alignment across engineering functions.
