This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter with professional services or consultancy experience to join a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality hiring across multiple business areas. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you''ll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, helping the business attract and secure top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.The Role Manage full-cycle recruitment across a range of professional services roles Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning Develop and deliver effective sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, referrals and social media Manage recruitment campaigns across job boards and other attraction channels Monitor recruitment performance metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, compliant and deliver a strong candidate experience Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and hiring strategiesAbout YouProven senior internal recruitment experience within professional services or consultancy Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers Experience using an ATS (essential) Highly organised with the ability ..... full job details .....
