Groundworks Project Manager – South Wales

Pro Staff Construction are working with a Groundworks Contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Groundworks Project Manager to oversee multiple live sites across South Wales.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business delivering residential developments, including new build housing and apartment schemes.

The Role:

• Managing 3–5 groundworks projects simultaneously

• Overseeing site teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

• Coordinating with Site Teams

• Monitoring health & safety and ensuring compliance across all sites

• Reporting progress and performance to senior management

Requirements:

• Proven experience within groundworks or civil engineering projects

• Strong background managing multiple sites/projects

• Site Engineering background is highly beneficial

• Excellent organisational and communication skills
