Your new roleAs a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you''ll play a pivotal role in the commercial success of major fit out and refurbishment projects. You''ll be responsible for managing costs, valuations, procurement and financial reporting from pre-construction through to final account.What you''ll need to succeedA degree in Quantity Surveying

Proven experience on large-scale commercial fit out or refurbishment projects (10m-50m)

Strong commercial acumen and cost management skills

Ability to manage complex procurement and subcontractor packages

Experience working in fast-paced, design-led environments

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

A track record of delivering projects from early stages through to final account
