Payments and Billing Officer

About the Role:
One of my local government clients are currently recruiting for an experienced detail-oriented and reliable Payments and Billing Officer to join our finance team on a temporary basis. You will play a vital role in managing billing processes, payments, and ensuring financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Processing payments and invoices

Managing billing cycles and ensuring timely collection

Reconciling accounts payable and receivable
-
Maintaining accurate financial records

Supporting the finance team with ad hoc tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in payments, billing, or finance administration

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-
Good organizational and time management skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
