Job SpecificationPlanning Monitoring Officer (PMO) (contract or perm) 1. Role OverviewAn independent and suitably qualified environmental consultant is required to act as Planning Monitoring Officer (PMO) for the development authorised under the deemed planning permission for the Kintore to Hurlie Overhead Line Project in Aberdeenshire.The PMO will be responsible for independently monitoring compliance with the terms of the deemed planning permission and all associated planning conditions during the construction and restoration phases of the development.The PMO appointment and terms shall be approved in writing by the Planning Authority prior to the Commencement of Development. 2.
