HMP Wandsworth, London . This is an office-based, administrative role. On successful completion of a 6-month probation period the post holder will have the option to complete a fully funded Business Administration Diploma within working hours.
Responsibilities
Support the data and performance team leader and wider team to collect and manage data requirements for services, including the collation and monitoring of several data systems (internal and external).Provide administration of comprehensive office management, office systems and administrative support services.Develop and nurture relationships with Change Grow Live Business Support and external office and equipment suppliers.Manage an electronic filing system to ensure service users’ data and information are kept in an orderly and accessible manner (CRIIS or equivalent system).Assist in servicing and maintenance of IT and telecommunication systems and other office equipment (e.g., fax, photocopier).Photocopying, collating, laminating and binding of report documents as required.
About You
Strong administrative skills and experience in a busy office environment.IT literacy including proficiency with data collection systems (e.g. NDTMS, Public Health).Experience with WORD and EXCEL.Excellent time management, organisation and communication skills.Ability to work within a prison environment.
