About The Role Join our Transport Team as a full-time Fleet Engineer and play a key role in enhancing our fleet and systems as our business expands. Develop, implement, and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain legal compliance and operational excellence. Investigate vehicle failures, identify root causes, and implement preventative solutions to minimise recurrence. Support the design and development of future fleet specifications, with a focus on green and sustainable innovations. Support and develop relationships with vehicle manufacturers and leasing companies, overseeing the acquisition, leasing, and disposal of assets. Lead initiatives to enhance fleet reliability, reduce downtime, and improve overall operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with fleet maintenance protocols, including managing component warranties and resolving invoice queries.
