Building Physics EngineerLocation: Leeds, UKPurobuild have partnered with a leading, energy and sustainable design consultancy. This award winning consultancy are looking for a Building Physics Engineer to join their established team in Leeds. The successful Building Physics Engineer must have relevant experience within a consultancy based position and be confident communicating with members of the design/engineering teams and liaising with clients on project matters. The Building Physics Engineer will join a growing team working on some high spec, complex projects across a range of sectors.Building Physics Engineer requirements:• Minimum 2 years experience in a Building Physics role• Proficient using IES VE software and undertaking energy analysis• Experience with Part L calculations• Experience in operational Energy modelling (TM54 etc)• Experience undertaking overheating analysis TM52, TM59 and daylight assessments• Experienced in IES for detailed energy modelling• CIBSE certification Low Carbon Consultant (LCC) / Low Carbon Energy Assessor (LCEA) desiredA fantastic opportunity for a Building Physics Engineer to take the next step in their career and develop their technical skills and experience in the field.
